  • In numerology it represents the number 7: It is the number of God in its perfect unity, the largest number in the cosmos. It is composed of the 3 (the trinity) and the 4 (the double duality or double dialectic). It is the most positive number of all, it is never negative and in all philosophies and religions it has a very important symbolism.

  • The chariot chart shows us the figure of a man, a charioteer driving a chariot drawn by sphinxes. He is under a cloak in the manner of a six-pointed canopy, and decorated with multiple six-pointed stars, representing the celestial influences on the work done by this chart.
  • The crescent moons on the man’s shoulders are exterior to refer to the formative world. The symbols on the robe are alchemical symbols, representing man’s spiritual transformation.
  • The square represents the earth, a sign of willpower. The laurel and the star in the crown indicate man’s highest achievement in spiritual evolution.
  • The wings on the front of the chariot represent inspiration and the Hindu sign the union of positive and negative. The black and white sphinxes have the same meaning, positive and negative, yin and yang.
  • The Auriga has no reins, only the magician’s wand to drive the chariot, which is controlled through willpower in the same way the magician does.
  • The city is behind him, indicating that he has turned his back on civilization and materialism in order to seek spiritual answers.

Represents willpower, victory, affirmation, determination and decision, success, power, travel, displacement, moving, changes of location for work or affections, action, friends around you, energy, power is social position, can represent a person of high rank.

It is a very positive card that announces absolute success, triumphs of all kinds, almost always achieved by your own personal courage, willpower, determination, courage and power of decision.
